Bircher Museli 

 

4 Tablesp protein powder 

1/2 cup raw oatmeal

1 apple, grated

1/4-1/2 cup water

1 - 3 teasp of xylitol or stevia, whatever your taste desires

1 cup yoghurt, low fat

2 Tablesp of mixed seeds - chia, sunflower, pumpkin

1 teasp Cinnamon

3 Tablesp coconut cream

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Coarsely grate the apple. Mix the grated apple, rolled oats, water, xylitol or stevia, yoghurt and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.

  2. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.

  3. Place seeds in a bowl with protein powder. 

  4. Stir through the muesli with coconut cream.

  5. Add water if to desired consistency.

  6. Serve.
