Chocolate Pudding


1 cup almond milk or drinking coconut milk 

2 tbsp cacao powder or organic cocoa

1/2 tsp stevia powder extract

1 scoop Vital Protiens Beef Gelatin 

2 Tbsp water



  1. Add the coconut milk, cocoa, and sweetener to a pan over medium heat and stir with a whisk.

  2. Mix the gelatin and water in small bowl.

  3. Add the gelatin to the pan and stir until dissolved.

  4. When the almond/coconut milk  mixture is warm, transfer into two small ramekins or pudding cups.

  5. Place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes (or freezer for faster setting).
