I'm Vicki, a Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopath who knows firsthand how much nutrition impacts athletic performance. As a former competitive swimmer, I lived the cycle of intense training, inconsistent energy levels, and frustrating setbacks.

 

It wasn't until I embraced a holistic approach—nourishing my body with the right foods, optimising digestion, and addressing nutrient imbalances—that everything changed. My energy stabilised, recovery improved, and my performance soared.
